Because all Sideline Printing products are made to order, we’re not able to accept returns or process exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons. All sales are final.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item and the problem
Once we review your request, we’ll work with you towards an appropriate solution.
