Thank you for shopping with Sideline Printing. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery of your order.
1. Order Processing & Production
All items are printed on demand after you place your order.

Most orders are produced and leave the facility in about 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen disruptions, production times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Orders are shipped using standard ground services with tracking.

Typical transit time is 3–7 business days after your order has shipped, depending on the destination and carrier.

Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Some orders with multiple items may ship in more than one package.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

The total weight of the product and packaging, with graduated shipping cost tiers for heavier orders.

Active promotions (such as free shipping offers, when available)
Any applicable shipping fees will be shown before you complete your purchase.
4. Shipping Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we can reship it once the correct address is provided. Additional shipping costs may apply.
We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed:

Check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Contact the carrier first, as they may have more detailed information.

If you still need help after contacting the carrier, email us at mike@sidelineprinting.com with your order number and tracking details.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:

Check with neighbors or household members

Look around the delivery area (porch, side door, etc.)

Contact the carrier to open an inquiry
We’ll do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
6. Damaged Items on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at mike@sidelineprinting.com with:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
After review, we’ll work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution, consistent with our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Changes & Cancellations
Because we print on demand and start production quickly:

We may not be able to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

If you need to request a change, contact us at mike@sidelineprinting.com as soon as possible, and we’ll let you know what’s possible based on your order status.
