Welcome to Sideline Printing (“Sideline Printing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order or use our Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Orders & On-Demand Production

All items are printed on demand based on the designs, options, and details you select at checkout.

By placing an order, you agree that:

You are responsible for reviewing your order details (sizes, colors, quantities, designs, shipping address, etc.) before checkout.
Once an order is placed, it may not be possible to modify or cancel it if production has already begun.
Colors shown on screen may vary slightly from the final printed product due to screen and printing differences.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity, or production issues. If we cancel an order, we’ll notify you and issue a refund if applicable.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Payment is due at checkout through the payment methods we make available. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We will ship your order to the address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your shipping information is accurate and complete.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds & Issues with Orders

Because all products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.

However, we will work with you if there is an issue caused by us or our production process.

Please contact us at mike@sidelineprinting.com within 14 days of delivery if:

Your item arrives damaged
The item is misprinted or defective
The item you received is materially different from what you ordered

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the problem. After review, we may, at our discretion, offer a means of replacement, store credit, or another appropriate solution.

6. User Content & Custom Designs

If you provide artwork, logos, text, or other content for printing (“User Content”), you are solely responsible for that content. By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use the content;
Your content does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or publicity rights;
Your content is not illegal, hateful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.

You agree to indemnify and hold Sideline Printing harmless from any claims arising out of or related to your User Content.

We may refuse to print or may remove any User Content that we, in our sole discretion, consider inappropriate, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our branding—including logos, graphics, text, layouts, and designs created by or for Sideline Printing—is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, or use our content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

Violating any applicable law or regulation;
Infringing on the rights of others;
Attempting to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the website;
Using any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Services in a way that imposes an unreasonable load.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you are misusing the Services or violating these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

Our Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sideline Printing and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or purchase of products.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the order giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sideline Printing and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use of the Services;
Your User Content;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Services after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, United States, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
